Burnett’s Guest House has recently been refurbished to incorporate traditional décor, spacious comfortable rooms and all possible amenities in all seven rooms. The aim is to make the stay for guests in Scotland as comfortable and relaxing as possible with all the modern conveniences together with an attitude that the guest comes first.

The guest house is probably the closest to the beach and five minutes from the bus and train station with the city centre en route to both. The accommodation offers excellent value for money. Our well appointed rooms feature en-suite bathrooms with shower, television and complimentary hostess tray is available for guests use. Your choice of cooked breakfast is freshly prepared every morning by Diane who is trained chef with over twenty year’s experience.

Close by is the city shopping centre, Beach Ballroom, Beach Boulevard, Aberdeen Fun Beach amusement park, Aberdeen Football ground (Pittodrie Stadium), Aberdeen University and Aberdeen College. At the end of the Beach Esplanade is Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre where the annual Offshore Europe Oil Exhibition is held.

Scotland is known the world over for its welcoming hospitality and at Burnett's Guest House this is echoed in our high standard of comfort and our warm and friendly atmosphere.

There are numerous restaurants offering a wide range of cuisine, all within easy walking distance, whilst the Bon Accord shopping centre is only a couple of minutes away.
