Whilst off-street parking is available for one car, there is metered street parking Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 18:00 to the front. Sunday is free all day and also to the rear of the guest house there is free street parking at the end of the cul-de-sac.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to keep our prices competitive, we only accept credit cards as a confirmation of booking. Balance to be paid before departure by cash, card-backed personal cheque or sterling travellers cheques.

We will always do our utmost to re-let the rooms. However if we cannot, then one night will be charged for cancellation within one month of arrival. The full charge will be due if cancellation is within one week of arrival, (less any revenue from re-letting) A no-show will be charged in full. We do recommend you take out travel insurance just in case you have to cancel through something unavailable.

Due to Health and Safety precautions, we have a strict NO SMOKING policy.

If booking on behalf of someone else, please ensure that they are aware of this policy. It will avoid anymisunderstandings.
